Hadith 399

My father (rh) narrated to us. He said: `Abdullah b. Ja`far narrated to me from Harun b. Muslim from Mas`ada b. Sadaqa from Ja`far b. Muhammad from his forefathers (as). The Prophet (s) said
Whoever sees a Jew, Christian, Zoroastrian, or anyone who is not upon the way of Islam and says: “Praise be to Allah who preferred me over you with Islam as a religion, the Quran as a Book, Muhammad as a prophet, `Ali as an Imam, the believers as brethren, and the Ka`ba as a qibla (alhamdulillahil lathi fadalani `alayka bil islami dinan wa bil qur’ani kitaban wa bi muhammadan nabiyyan wa bi `aliyyin imaman wa bil mu’minina ikhwanan wa bil ka`bati qiblata)”, then Allah will never gather him with him in the Fire.
11 - حدثنا أبي (رحمه الله)، قال: حدثني عبد الله بن جعفر، عن هارون بن مسلم، عن مسعدة بن صدقة، عن جعفر بن محمد، عن آبائه (عليهم السلام): أن النبي (صلى الله عليه وآله) قال
من رأى يهوديا أو نصرانيا أو مجوسيا أو أحدا على غير ملة الاسلام، فقال: الحمد لله الذي فضلني عليك بالاسلام دينا، وبالقرآن كتابا، وبمحمد نبيا، وبعلي إماما، وبالمؤمنين إخوانا، وبالكعبة قبلة، لم يجمع الله بينه وبينه في النار أبدا (5).
