Hadith 11
۞
5. Muḥammad ibn ‘Abdillāh ibn Ja’far Al-Ḥimyari narrated to me from his father, from Aḥmad ibn Muḥammad ibn ‘Isā, from ‘Ali ibn Ḥakam, from Sayf ibn ‘Amīrah, from Abī Bakr Al-Ḥaďrami, who said
Abū ‘Abdillāh (Imam Sādiq (a.s.)) ordered me to increasingly pray in the Mosque of the Messenger of Allāh (s.a.a.w.) as much as I could. He told me that I would not be able to pray there whenever I wanted to. Imam (a.s.) asked me, “Do you go to the grave of the Messenger of Allāh (s.a.a.w.)?” “Yes,” I replied. Imam (a.s.) said, “Verily the Messenger of Allāh (s.a.a.w.) hears your voice (if you perform his Ziyārah) from nearby and he will be informed of you (if you perform his Ziyārah) from far.”
