Hadith 1707

3. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Mansur ibn al-‘Abbas from Ali ibn Yaqtin from Hashim ibn Khalid from Nu’aym al-Basriy who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘A wine addict is one who drinks whenever he finds.’”
عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ يَقْطِينٍ عَنْ هَاشِمِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ نُعَيْمٍ الْبَصْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
مُدْمِنُ الْمُسْكِرِ الَّذِي إِذَا وَجَدَهُ شَرِبَهُ .
