2. Al-Husayn from Muhammad has narrated from Mu’alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ah from Hammad ibn ‘Uthaman who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘If one marries a woman and then decides in his soul not to pay her mahr (dower), he has committed fornication.’”
