Muhammad b. Musa b. al-Mutawakkil (rh) narrated to us. He said: Muhammad b. Yahya al-`Attar narrated to us. He said: Sahl b. Ziyad al-Adami narrated to us from Muhammad b. Sinan from `Amr b. Thabit from Habib b. Abi Thabit who raised it. He said
The Messenger of Allah (s) visited his uncle Abi Talib as he lay dead. So, he said: O uncle! You adopted an orphan, you raised a child, and you supported an adult, so may Allah reward you on my behalf. Then, he ordered `Ali (as) to wash him.
