Hadith 753

Hadith.5712 - Al-Hasan ibn Mahbub narrated from Abu Walad Al-Hannat who said
I asked Abu Abdullah (as) about a man who apostatized from Islam. To whom does his inheritance go?
Imam (as) said: "His inheritance is divided among his heirs according to the Book of Allah (swt), the Mighty and Majestic."
5712 - رَوَى اَلْحَسَنُ بْنُ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ أَبِي وَلاَّدٍ اَلْحَنَّاطِ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ اِرْتَدَّ عَنِ اَلْإِسْلاَمِ لِمَنْ يَكُونُ مِيرَاثُهُ قَالَ "يُقْسَمُ مِيرَاثُهُ عَلَى وَرَثَتِهِ عَلَى كِتَابِ اَللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ".
