Hadith 71
Hadith.5038 - In the narration of Talhah ibn Zayd from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) from his father, Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as), it is reported that
Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) said: "There is no compensation (Uqr) upon a fornicator, and there is no punishment upon a woman who was coerced (mukraha)."
5038 - وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ أَنَّ عَلِيّاً عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
"لَيْسَ عَلَى زَانٍ عُقْرٌ وَ لاَ عَلَى مُسْتَكْرَهَةٍ حَدٌّ".
