Hadith 619
Hadith.5590 - Muhammad ibn Sulayman Al-Daylami narrated from his father, who narrated from Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as). He said
I asked Imam (as) about a man who donates part of his house to a stranger and then dies. Imam (as) replied: "It should be appraised for its value, and its price should be given to him."
5590 - وَ رَوَى مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ اَلدَّيْلَمِيُّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ اَلرَّجُلِ يَتَصَدَّقُ عَلَى اَلرَّجُلِ اَلْغَرِيبِ بِبَعْضِ دَارِهِ ثُمَّ يَمُوتُ قَالَ "يُقَوَّمُ ذَلِكَ قِيمَةً فَيُدْفَعُ إِلَيْهِ ثَمَنُهُ".
