Hadith 1598
Hadith.4796 - Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Abi Nasr Al-Bazanti narrated from Abdul Karim ibn Amr, from Muhammad ibn Hakim, from the Righteous Servant (Imam Musa ibn Jafar Al-Kadhim (as)). He said
I asked him about a young girl who does not menstruate, though others like her do menstruate, and her husband divorces her. Imam (as) said: "Her waiting period is three months."
4796 - رَوَى أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي نَصْرٍ الْبَزَنْطِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ عَنِ الْعَبْدِ الصَّالِحِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
قُلْتُ لَهُ الْجَارِيَةُ الشَّابَّةُ الَّتِي لَا تَحِيضُ وَ مِثْلُهَا تَحِيضُ طَلَّقَهَا زَوْجُهَا قَالَ عِدَّتُهَا ثَلَاثَةُ أَشْهُرٍ.
