Hadith 1437
Hadith.4652 - Abu al-Abbas and Ubayd narrated from Abu Abdullah (as) regarding a woman who had a slave husband, then inherited him and freed him. They asked if they would remain in their marriage. Imam (as) said
"No, but they must renew their marriage contract."
4652 - وَ رَوَى أَبُو اَلْعَبَّاسِ وَ عُبَيْدٌ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : فِي اِمْرَأَةٍ
كَانَ لَهَا زَوْجٌ مَمْلُوكٌ فَوَرِثَتْهُ وَ أَعْتَقَتْهُ هَلْ يَكُونَانِ عَلَى نِكَاحِهِمَا قَالَ "لاَ وَ لَكِنْ يُجَدِّدَانِ نِكَاحاً آخَرَ".
