When you want to perform the Ziyārah of Abil Ḥasan the Third, ‘Ali ibn Muḥammad Al-Jawād (Imam Hādī (a.s.)), and Abī Muḥammad, Ḥasan Al-‘Askari (a.s.), perform a Ghusl. Then either go near their graves or perform the Ziyārah by pointing toward them from the door which opens to the street of Shubbāk. Recite (the following): Salām to you, O two Wālī(s) of Allāh. Salām to you, O two Decisive Proofs of Allāh. Salām to you, O two lights of Allāh in the darkness of the earth. Salām to you, O two about whom Allāh modified His Will. Salām to you, O two loved ones of Allāh. Salām to you, O two Imams of guidance. I have come to you while I believe in your rights, I antagonize your enemies, and I befriend your friends. I believe in that which you believe in and I disbelieve in that which you disbelieve in. I deem right that which you deemed right and I deem wrong that which you deemed wrong. I ask Allāh, my Lord and your Lord, to send blessing on Muḥammad and his family as my reward for coming to this Ziyārah and to sustain me with accompanying you in Paradise along with your righteous fathers. And I ask Allāh to release me from Hell, to sustain me with your intercession and with accompanying you, and to introduce me to you (on the Day of Judgment). I ask Him not to remove your love and the love of your righteous fathers from my heart, not to make this the last time I come to your Ziyārah, and to resurrect me with you in Paradise with His Mercy. O Allāh! Sustain me with their love and make me die while I believe in their religion. O Allāh! Curse those who oppressed the rights of the family of Muḥammad and take revenge against them. O Allāh! Curse their first and their last ones and increase Your chastisement on them. Degrade them, their followers, their lovers, and those who follow their lovers to the lowest levels of Hell. Verily You have power over all things. O Allāh! Hasten the reappearance of Your Walī and the son of Your Walī and relieve us with their relief. O Most Merciful of the merciful ones. Then strive in praying for yourself and your parents and choose some supplications to recite. If you are performing the Ziyārah near their grave, continue by establishing two Rak’ah next to their graves. However, if you enter the mosque (which is next to the graves) and establish prayers there, pray for that which you want. Verily He (Allāh) is Nigh, ready to answer. This mosque, which is next to their house, is where they (a.s.) used to pray.
