5-82 (The compiler of the book narrated) that his father - may God be pleased with him - narrated that Sa’ed ibn Abdullah quoted Yaqoob ibn Yazid, on the authority of Muhammad ibn Abi Umayr, on the authority of Hammad ibn Uthman that Aba Abdullah as-Sadiq (MGB) said, “
A woman can be divorced by her husband if she is in any of the following five conditions: a pregnant woman, a menstruating woman, a woman whose husband has not had sex with her; a woman whose husband is absent and a girl who has not attained puberty. ”
