“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a man who forms a contract with another man. It requires him to dig a well of ten heights of a man deep for ten dirhams of which he digs one height and could not do the rest. Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘He deserves one part out of fifty- five parts of a ten dirhams.’”
