Hadith 248

2. Humayd ibn Ziyad from al-Hassan ibn Muhammad from certain persons of his people from Ibrahim ibn Muhammad ibn ’Isma‘il from Durust ibn abu Mansur from Mu’ammar ibn Yahya who has narrated the following
“Abu Ja‘far (a.s.), has said, ‘Obligations and divorce are not dealt with properly without the sword.’”
2- حُمَيْدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنْ دُرُسْتَ بْنِ أَبِي مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ مَعْمَرِ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
لا تَقُومُ الْفَرَائِضُ وَالطَّلاقُ إِلا بِالسَّيْفِ.
