2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Jamil ibn Darraj from certain persons of our people who has said the following
“One of the two Imam, (abu Ja‘far or abu ‘Abd Allah), ‘Alayhim al-Salam, has said, ‘If a woman with whom her husband has not gone to bed is divorced, she becomes stranger to him by one divorce/”
عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ جَمِيلِ بْنِ دَرَّاجٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحَدِهِمَا ( عليهما السلام )
أَنَّهُ قَالَ إِذَا طُلِّقَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ الَّتِي لَمْ يُدْخَلْ بِهَا بَانَتْ بِتَطْلِيقَةٍ وَاحِدَةٍ .
