Hadith 257

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from certain persons of his people from ibn Bukayr from Zurarah who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘It is not a divorce unless it is intended to be a divorce.’”
عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ عَنِ ابْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام )
أَنَّهُ قَالَ لَا طَلَاقَ إِلَّا مَا أُرِيدَ بِهِ الطَّلَاقُ .
