۞
13. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Harun ibn Muslim from Mas’adah ibn Ziyad who has said the following
“Once Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), was asked about chess. He (the Imam) said, 'You must leave al-Majusiyya (the Zoroastrian thing) for its people, may Allah condemn it.'"
عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ هَارُونَ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ مَسْعَدَةَ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ (عليه السلام) أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنِ الشِّطْرَنْجِ فَقَالَ
دَعُوا الْمَجُوسِيَّةَ لِأَهْلِهَا لَعَنَهَا اللَّهُ .
