Hadith 1539

2. It is narrated from the narrator of the previous Hadith from al-Sayyariy from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Khalid from ibn al- Mubarak from abu ‘ Uthman from Durust who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘The essence, roots of radish cuts off phlegm, its core helps digest food and its leaves quicken urine fast.’”
عَنْهُ عَنِ السَّيَّارِيِّ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ عَنْ دُرُسْتَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
الْفُجْلُ أَصْلُهُ يَقْطَعُ الْبَلْغَمَ وَ لُبُّهُ يَهْضِمُ وَ وَرَقُهُ يَحْدِرُ الْبَوْلَ حَدْراً .
