Hadith 1536
۞
6. Al-Husayn from Muhammad has narrated from al-Sayyariy in a marfu‘ manner who has said the following
“The Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, liked gourd and would order his wives to increase gourd when they cooked a dish. It is squash.”
الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ السَّيَّارِيِّ رَفَعَهُ قَالَ
كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) يُعْجِبُهُ الدُّبَّاءُ وَ كَانَ يَأْمُرُ نِسَاءَهُ إِذَا طَبَخْنَ قِدْراً يُكْثِرْنَ مِنَ الدُّبَّاءِ وَ هُوَ الْقَرْعُ .
