Hadith 1393

7. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from ibn Faddal from Tha’labah ibn Maymun from Humran who has said the following
“Abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), once experienced pain in his belly and he ordered to cook rice for him (the Imam) with sumac on it, and after eating it the pain went away from him (the Imam).’”
عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنِ ابْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنْ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ عَنْ حُمْرَانَ قَالَ
كَانَ بِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) وَجَعُ الْبَطْنِ فَأَمَرَ أَنْ يُطْبَخَ لَهُ الْأَرُزُّ وَ يُجْعَلَ عَلَيْهِ السُّمَّاقُ فَأَكَلَهُ فَبَرَأَ .
