Al-Kāfi
Hadith 14523- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) يَقُولُ يَحِلُّ الْفَرْجُ بِثَلاثٍ نِكَاحٍ بِمِيرَاثٍ وَنِكَاحٍ بِلا مِيرَاثٍ وَنِكَاحٍ بِمِلْكِ الْيَمِينِ.
3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Yunus from al-Husayn ibn Zayd who has said the following: “I once heard abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), saying, ‘Marriage becomes lawful with three conditions: marriage with the right for inheritance, without inheritance, and with the right for ownership.’”
