Al-Kāfi
Hadith 14512- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ مُوسَى عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) يَقُولُ يَحِلُّ الْفَرْجُ بِثَلاثٍ نِكَاحٍ بِمِيرَاثٍ وَنِكَاحٍ بِلا مِيرَاثٍ وَنِكَاحٍ بِمِلْكِ الْيَمِينِ.

Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-‘ Abbas ibn Musa from Muhammad ibn Ziyad from al- Husayn ibn Zayd who has said the following: “I once heard abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), saying, ‘Marriage becomes lawful with three conditions: marriage with the right for inheritance, without inheritance, and with the right for ownership.’”
