Hadith 1221

9. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Afi ibn Hadid from Jamii from certain persons of his people who have said the following
“One of the two Imam, (abu Ja’far or abu ‘Abd Allah), ‘Alayhim al-Salam, about the case of a man who confessed his raping the slave-girl of another man who gives birth from the rapist, has said that the slave-girl and the child is returned to the owner of the slave-girl if the rapist has made a confession.’”
9- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حَدِيدٍ عَنْ جَمِيلٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ عَنْ أَحَدِهِمَا (عَلَيْهِما السَّلام)
فِي رَجُلٍ أَقَرَّ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ أَنَّهُ غَصَبَ جَارِيَةَ رَجُلٍ فَوَلَدَتِ الْجَارِيَةُ مِنَ الْغَاصِبِ قَالَ تُرَدُّ الْجَارِيَةُ وَالْوَلَدُ عَلَى الْمَغْصُوبِ مِنْهُ إِذَا أَقَرَّ بِذَلِكَ الْغَاصِبُ.
