“I once asked al-Rida’ (a.s.), saying, ‘I pray to Allah to keep my soul in service for your cause, people narrate that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, whenever he walked on a road would not return from the same, if this is how it was. He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, that is how it was and very often I also do so and you should also do it.’ He (the Imam) said, ‘It gives you a greater chance to increase your sustenance.’”
