7. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn abu Hamzah from abu Basir who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Al-Sarura (one who performs al-Hajj for the first time) must shave his head and must not do Taqsir (cutting some hair or finger nails and so on); it is for those who have already performed Hajjahta al-Islam.’”
