9. Humayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from al-Hassan ibn Muhammad ibn Sama‘ah from more than one person from Aban formal-Tayyar from one of the two Imams, (abu Ja’far or abu ‘Abd Allah), who has said the following
“One of the two Imam, (abu Ja’far or abu ‘Abd Allah), ‘Alayhim al-Salam, has said, ‘One in the state of Ihram, must not eat sea birds.’”
