Hadith 787

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from certain persons of his people who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), was asked, ‘If a woman dies with a child moving in her womb, is her belly to be opened to take the child out?’ He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, and her belly is stitched to close.”
1ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) فِي الْمَرْأَةِ تَمُوتُ وَيَتَحَرَّكُ الْوَلَدُ فِي بَطْنِهَا أَ يُشَقُّ بَطْنُهَا وَيُخْرَجُ الْوَلَدُ قَالَ
فَقَالَ نَعَمْ وَيُخَاطُ بَطْنُهَا.
