16. Ali ibn Muhammad has narrated from ibn Jumhur from those whom he has mentioned from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Sa‘d who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘There are ears and eyes. Eyes may sleep but not yet the ears. This does not invalidate Wudu’. When both eyes and ears sleep, Wudu’ becomes invalid.’”
