11. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn Sinan or others from those whom he has mentioned (in his book) who has said the following
“Once I asked Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) whether al-Quran and al-Furqan are two different things or one thing? The Imam said, ‘Al-Quran is the name of the whole book and al-Furqan is that much that is clearly understood and is necessary to act accordingly thereby.’”
