Hadith 1058
1. Imam Ja’far Sadiq (a.s.) narrates from his ancestors that the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.) said, “A person who cheats Muslims is not from us.”
أَبِی ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی عَلِیُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِیمَ عَنْ أَبِیهِ [عَنِ] النَّوْفَلِیِّ عَنِ السَّکُونِیِّ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ آبَائِهِ ع قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص لَیْسَ مِنَّا مَنْ مَاکَرَ مُسْلِماً.

Hadith 1059
2. Imam Amirul Momineen (a.s.) said, “If cheaters would not have been hellish, I would have been the greatest fraudster of the Arabs.”
حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الصَّفَّارُ عَنْ یَعْقُوبَ بْنِ یَزِیدَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِی عُمَیْرٍ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ رَفَعَهُ قَالَ
قَالَ عَلِیٌّ ع لَوْ لَا أَنَّ الْمَکْرَ وَ الْخَدِیعَهَ فِی النَّارِ لَکُنْتُ أَمْکَرَ الْعَرَبِ.

Hadith 1060
3. It is narrated that Amirul Momineen (a.s.) said, “
If I hadn’t heard the words of the Holy Prophet: ‘Indeed, cheating, deception and fraud lead to Hell’, I would have been the greatest fraudster of the Arabs.”
حَدَّثَنِی أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی سَعْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنْ أَبِی الْجَارُودِ قَالَ
حَدَّثَنِی حَبِیبُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ عَنْ زَاذَانَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَلِیّاً ع یَقُولُ لَوْ لَا أَنِّی سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ص یَقُولُ لَوْ لَا أَنَّ الْمَکْرَ وَ الْخَدِیعَهَ وَ الْخِیَانَهَ فِی النَّارِ لَکُنْتُ أَمْکَرَ الْعَرَبِ.
