Hadith 2241

441. Amīr al-mu’minīn, peace be upon him, said: Governing power is the proving ground for people.
٤٤١. وَقَالَ (عليه السلام): الْوِلَايَاتُ مَضَامِيرُ الرِّجَالِ.
