Hadith 714

Hadith.5674 - Safwan ibn Yahya narrated from Ibn Muskan, from Abu Basir, who said
I asked Imam (as) about a disowned son (makhlooh) whose father publicly renounces him before the authorities and disclaims both his inheritance and responsibility for his actions.
I asked: "Who inherits from him (the father)?"
Imam (as) replied: "Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) ruled: 'His inheritance goes to the closest relatives of his father.'"
5674 - رَوَى صَفْوَانُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنِ اِبْنِ مُسْكَانَ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ اَلْمَخْلُوعِ يَتَبَرَّأُ مِنْهُ أَبُوهُ عِنْدَ اَلسُّلْطَانِ وَ مِنْ مِيرَاثِهِ وَ جَرِيرَتِهِ لِمَنْ مِيرَاثُهُ فَقَالَ قَالَ عَلِيٌّ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ "هُوَ لِأَقْرَبِ اَلنَّاسِ إِلَى أَبِيهِ".
