Hadith 368

Hadith.5337 - In a narration from Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Yahya ibn Imran Al-Ash'ari through Muhammad ibn Harun from Abu Yahya Al-Wasiti, who raised it to Abu Abdullah (as), it is reported that
Imam (as) said: "A child is conceived from the left testicle, so if it is severed, the compensation (diyyah) is two-thirds of the full blood money, and for the right testicle, it is one-third of the blood money."
5337 - فِي رِوَايَةِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ عِمْرَانَ اَلْأَشْعَرِيِّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ هَارُونَ عَنْ أَبِي يَحْيَى اَلْوَاسِطِيِّ رَفَعَهُ إِلَى أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
"اَلْوَلَدُ يَكُونُ مِنَ اَلْبَيْضَةِ اَلْيُسْرَى فَإِذَا قُطِعَتْ فَفِيهَا ثُلُثَا اَلدِّيَةِ وَ فِي اَلْيُمْنَى ثُلُثُ اَلدِّيَةِ".
