Hadith 353

3. The Prophet, Allah’s blessings be upon him and his Family: The testimony of a traitorous male or traitorous female is impermissible, nor (that of) one with hatred, nor one of enmity towards his brother, nor one of dubiousity with regards to allegiance, nor kinship, nor the needy for a household (when the testimony is made) in favor of them. وقال النبي صلى الله عليه وآله: لا تجوز شهادة خائن ولا خائنة ولا ذي حقد ولا ذي غمر على أخيه ولا ظنين في ولاء ولا قرابة ولا القانع مع أهل البيت لهم.
