Hadith 382
1. My father and a group of our companions narrated to me from Sa’d ibn ‘Abdillāh, from Aḥmad ibn Muḥammad ibn ‘Isā, from Ḥasan ibn ‘Ali Al-Washā, from Aḥmad ibn ‘Ā`idh, from Abī Khadījah (Sālim ibn Mukram Al-Jammāl), who said
I asked Abā ‘Abdillāh (Imam Sādiq (a.s.)) about the Ziyārah of the grave of Ḥusain (a.s.). He (the Imam (a.s.)) replied, “Verily it is the best of deeds.”
1 حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي (رحمه الله) وَ جَمَاعَةُ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْوَشَّاءِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَائِذٍ عَنْ أَبِي خَدِيجَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ (ع) قَالَ
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ زِيَارَةِ قَبْرِ الْحُسَيْنِ (ع) قَالَ إِنَّهُ أَفْضَلُ مَا يَكُونُ مِنَ الْأَعْمَالِ

Hadith 383

2 وَ عَنْهُ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنِ الْوَشَّاءِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَائِذٍ عَنْ أَبِي خَدِيجَةَ [سَلَمَةَ] عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ (ع) قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ (ع) عَنْ زِيَارَةِ قَبْرِ الْحُسَيْنِ (ع) قَالَ إِنَّهُ أَفْضَلُ مَا يَكُونُ مِنَ الْأَعْمَالِ

Hadith 384
3. Muḥammad ibn Ḥasan narrated to me from Muḥammad ibn Ḥasan Al-Saffār, from Aḥmad ibn Muḥammad, from Al-Washā, from Aḥmad ibn ‘Ā`idh, from Abī Khadījah, who said
I asked Abā ‘Abdillāh (Imam Sādiq (a.s.)) about the Ziyārah of the grave of Ḥusain (a.s.). He (the Imam (a.s.)) replied, “Verily it is the best of deeds.”
3 حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ الصَّفَّارِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْوَشَّاءِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَائِذٍ عَنْ أَبِي خَدِيجَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ (ع) قَالَ
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ زِيَارَةِ قَبْرِ الْحُسَيْنِ (ع) قَالَ إِنَّهُ أَفْضَلُ مَا يَكُونُ مِنَ الْأَعْمَالِ

Hadith 385
4. Abul ‘Abbās Al-Kūfi narrated to me from Muḥammad ibn Ḥusain, from Ḥasan ibn Maḥbūb, from someone, from Abān Al-Azraq, from someone who said
Abū ‘Abdillāh (Imam Sādiq (a.s.)) said: One of the deeds most loved by Allāh, the Exalted, is going to the Ziyārah of the grave of Ḥusain (a.s.), and the best deed in the eyes of Allāh is pleasing a believer. And the closest that a slave can be to Allāh, the Exalted, is when he is crying in the state of prostration.
4 حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْكُوفِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنْ أَبَانٍ الْأَزْرَقِ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ (ع) قَالَ
مِنْ أَحَبِّ الْأَعْمَالِ إِلَى اللَّهِ تَعَالَى زِيَارَةُ قَبْرِ الْحُسَيْنِ (ع) وَ أَفْضَلُ الْأَعْمَالِ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ إِدْخَالُ السُّرُورِ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِ وَ أَقْرَبُ مَا يَكُونُ الْعَبْدُ إِلَى اللَّهِ تَعَالَى وَ هُوَ سَاجِدٌ بَاكٍ

Hadith 386
5. Muḥammad ibn ‘Abdillāh ibn Ja’far Al-Ḥimyari narrated to me from his father, from Aḥmad ibn Abī ‘Abdillāh, from Abī Jahm, from Abī Khadījah, who said
I asked Abā ‘Abdillāh (Imam Sādiq (a.s.)), “What is the extent of (the greatness of) the Ziyārah of the grave of Ḥusain (a.s.)?” Imam (a.s.) replied, “(Verily) it is the best of deeds.”
5 حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ الْحِمْيَرِيُّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِي جَهْمٍ عَنْ أَبِي خَدِيجَةَ قَالَ
قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ (ع) مَا يُبْلَغُ مِنْ زِيَارَةِ قَبْرِ الْحُسَيْنِ (ع) قَالَ أَفْضَلَ مَا يَكُونُ مِنَ الْأَعْمَالِ

Hadith 387
6. Muḥammad ibn Ja’far Al-Razzāz narrated to me from Muḥammad ibn Ḥusain, from ‘Abdil Raḥmān ibn Abī Hāshim Al-Razzāz, from Abī Salamah Sālim – referring to Abī Khadījah, who said
Abū ‘Abdillāh (Imam Sādiq (a.s.)) said: Verily the Ziyārah of Ḥusain (a.s.) is the best of deeds.
6 حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الرَّزَّازُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي هَاشِمٍ الرَّزَّازِ [الْبَزَّازِ] قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سَالِمٌ أَبُو سَلَمَةَ وَ هُوَ أَبُو خَدِيجَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ (ع) قَالَ
إِنَّ زِيَارَةَ الْحُسَيْنِ (ع) أَفْضَلُ مَا يَكُونُ مِنَ الْأَعْمَالِ
