Hadith 2046

3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘ Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah, Alayhi al-Salam, about a man who says Talbiyah for al-Hajj or al-‘Umrah but does not want to perform al-Hajj. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is not valid and it is not proper for him to do so.’”
3ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) عَنْ رَجُلٍ لَبَّى بِحَجَّةٍ أَوْ عُمْرَةٍ وَلَيْسَ يُرِيدُ الْحَجَّ قَالَ لَيْسَ بِشَيْءٍ وَلا يَنْبَغِي لَهُ أَنْ يَفْعَلَ.
