Hadith 2075

9. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn af-Husayn al-‘ Alawiy who has said the
foiiowing: “Abu al-Hassan (a.s.), has said, ‘One sign of the manhood of a man is plumpness of his stumpers.’ He (the narrator) has said that he heard him (the Imam) saying, ‘Three things are of the signs of manhood of a man. One is liveliness of his stumper, good looking slaves and distinguished house furnishings.’”
الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ الْعَلَوِيِّ قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ ( عليه السلام ) مِنْ مُرُوءَةِ الرَّجُلِ أَنْ يَكُونَ دَوَابُّهُ سِمَاناًقَالَ وَ سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ ثَلَاثَةٌ مِنَ الْمُرُوءَةِ فَرَاهَةُ الدَّابَّةِ وَ حُسْنُ وَجْهِ الْمَمْلُوكِ وَ الْفَرْشُ السَّرِيُّ .
