Hadith 2263

5. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ’Isa from al-Qasim ibn Yahya from his grandfather al-Hassan ibn Rashid from abu Basir who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that ’Amir al-Mu’minin has said, ‘Applying perfume to one’s mustache is of the discipline of the Prophets ‘Alayhim al-Salam, and honoring the scribes (the angels on one’s shoulders).”’
مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ جَدِّهِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) الطِّيبُ فِي الشَّارِبِ مِنْ أَخْلَاقِ النَّبِيِّينَ ( عليهم السلام ) وَ كَرَامَةٌ لِلْكَاتِبِينَ .
