Hadith 847

1. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn abu ‘Abd Allah from his father from Wahab who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that ’Amir al-Mu’minin would say, ‘Deposit or down payment is not permissible unless it is the cash portion of the price of the goods purchased.’”
1- عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ وَهْبٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
كَانَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) يَقُولُ لا يَجُوزُ الْعَرَبُونُ إِلا أَنْ يَكُونَ نَقْداً مِنَ الثَّمَنِ.
