Hadith 1221
1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Ali ibn al-Hakam from Dawud al-Riqqiy who has said the following
“I once wrote to abu al-Hassan (a.s.), and ask about the meat of camels of Khurasan and their milk. He (the Imam) said, ’It is not unlawful.”’
مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ دَاوُدَ الرَّقِّيِّ قَالَ
كَتَبْتُ إِلَى أَبِي الْحَسَنِ ( عليه السلام ) أَسْأَلُهُ عَنْ لُحُومِ الْبُخْتِ وَ أَلْبَانِهِنَّ فَقَالَ لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ .

2. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali from Dawud al-Riqqiy who has said the following
“I once said to abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), ‘I pray to Allah to keep my soul in service for your cause, a man from the companions of abu al-Khattab prohibited eating the meat of camels of Khurasan and the meat of al-Musarwal (pigeons that have feathers on their legs). He (the Imam) said, ‘It is not unlawful to ride camel of Khurasan, drink their milk and eat the meat of al-Musarwal pigeons.’”
مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ دَاوُدَ الرَّقِّيِّ قَالَ
قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) جُعِلْتُ فِدَاكَ إِنَّ رَجُلًا مِنْ أَصْحَابِ أَبِي الْخَطَّابِ نَهَى عَنْ أَكْلِ الْبُخْتِ وَ عَنْ أَكْلِ لُحُومِ الْحَمَامِ الْمُسَرْوَلَةِ فَقَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) لَا بَأْسَ بِرُكُوبِ الْبُخْتِ وَ شُرْبِ أَلْبَانِهِنَّ وَ أَكْلِ لُحُومِ الْحَمَامِ الْمُسَرْوَلِ .
