Thawāb al-Aʿmāl wa ʿiqāb al-Aʿmāl
Hadith 529 أَبِی ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِدْرِیسَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ عَنْ یَعْقُوبَ بْنِ یَزِیدَ قَالَ وَجَدْتُ فِی کِتَابِ ابْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنْ أَبِی الْبَخْتَرِیِّ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ: إِسْمَاعُ الْأَصَمِّ مِنْ غَیْرِ تَضَجُّرٍ صَدَقَهٌ هَنِیئَهٌ.
5. My father (rah) said: it was narrated to us by Ahmad b. Idris from Muhammad b. Ahmad from Ya’qub b. Yazid who said I found in the book of Ibn Fadhal from Abi al-Bukhtari from Abi Abdillah (a.s.) who said: “Making a deaf understand something without getting irritated is also a good charity.”
