Thawāb al-Aʿmāl wa ʿiqāb al-Aʿmāl
Hadith 495 حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِیِّ بْنِ مَاجِیلَوَیْهِ عَنْ عَمِّهِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِی الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِیٍّ الْکُوفِیِّ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِیِّ بْنِ یُوسُفَ عَنْ مُقَاتِلٍ عَنِ الرَّبِیعِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ السُّلَمِیِّ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ یَزِیدَ الْجُعْفِیِّ عَنْ أَبِی جَعْفَرٍ ع قَالَ: مَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ یَغْدُو فِی طَلَبِ الْعِلْمِ أَوْ یَرُوحُ إِلَّا خَاضَ الرَّحْمَهَ وَ هَتَفَتْ بِهِ الْمَلَائِکَهُ مَرْحَباً بِزَائِرِ اللَّهِ وَ سَلَکَ مِنَ الْجَنَّهِ مِثْلَ ذَلِکَ الْمَسْلَکِ.
2. It was narrated to me by Muhammad b. Ali b. Majluwayh from his uncle Muhammad b. Abi al-Qasim from Muhammad b. Ali al-Kufi from al-Hassan b. Ali b. Yusif from Muqatil from al-Rabee’ b. Muhammad al-Sulami from Jabir b. Yazid al-Ju’fi from Abi Ja’far (a.s.) who said: “No day or night of a scholar ends until he enters the Mercy of Allah. The angels call out, ‘Congratulations, O visitor of Allah! The way, which you are seeking, is the way to Paradise’.”
