Thawāb al-Aʿmāl wa ʿiqāb al-Aʿmāl

Hadith 223

حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی الْحَسَنُ بْنُ الْحُسَیْنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِیزِ الْمُهْتَدِی عَنْ سَیْفِ بْنِ الْمُبَارَکِ بْنِ یَزِیدَ مَوْلَی أَبِی الْحَسَنِ مُوسَی ع عَنْ أَبِیهِ الْمُبَارَکِ عَنْ أَبِی الْحَسَنِ قَالَ: رَجَبٌ نَهَرٌ فِی الْجَنَّهِ أَشَدُّ بَیَاضاً مِنَ اللَّبَنِ وَ أَحْلَی مِنَ الْعَسَلِ مَنْ صَامَ یَوْماً مِنْ رَجَبٍ سَقَاهُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ مِنْ ذَلِکَ النَّهَرِ.
2. It was narrated to me by Muhammad b. al-Hassan who said it was narrated to me by al-Hassan b. al-Hussain b. Abd al-Aziz al-Muhtadi from Sayf b. al-Mubarik b. Yazid slave of Abi al-Hassan Musa (a.s.) from his father al-Mubarik from Abi al-Hassan who said: “Rajab is a river of Paradise whiter than milk and sweeter than honey. One who observes one fast in the month of Rajab, Allah, the Mighty and Sublime would satisfy him with this river.”
