۳۳۲. وَقَالَ (عليه ‏السلام): السُّلْطَانُ وَزَعَةُ اللهِ فِي أَرْضِهِ.
332. Amīr al-mu’minīn, peace be upon him, said: The sovereign is the watchman of Allāh on earth.
