Man Lā Yaḥḍuruh al-Faqīh
Hadith 435009 - وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ بْنِ اَلْمُغِيرَةِ وَ صَفْوَانَ وَ غَيْرِ وَاحِدٍ رَفَعُوهُ إِلَى أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: "إِذَا أَقَرَّ اَلزَّانِي اَلْمُحْصَنُ كَانَ أَوَّلَ مَنْ يَرْجُمُهُ اَلْإِمَامُ ثُمَّ اَلنَّاسُ وَ إِذَا قَامَتْ عَلَيْهِ اَلْبَيِّنَةُ كَانَ أَوَّلَ مَنْ يَرْجُمُهُ اَلْبَيِّنَةُ ثُمَّ اَلْإِمَامُ ثُمَّ اَلنَّاسُ".
Hadith.5009 - Narrated by Abdullah ibn Al-Mughira, Safwan, and others, who reported it to Abu Abdullah (as), that Imam (as) said:
"If a married adulterer confesses, the Imam should be the first to stone him, followed by the people. But if the evidence is established against him, the witnesses should be the first to stone him, then the Imam, and then the people."
