Man Lā Yaḥḍuruh al-Faqīh

Hadith 244

dua

5213 - وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ أَبَانٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : "عَلَيْهِ دِيَةٌ وَ ثُلُثٌ".

Hadith.5213 - In the narration of Aban from Zurarah from Abu Abdullah (as), he said: "He must pay the full blood money (diyyah) plus one-third."
