Man Lā Yaḥḍuruh al-Faqīh
Hadith 1995167 - وَ رَوَى حَمَّادٌ عَنِ اَلْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : فِي رَجُلٍ قَتَلَ رَجُلاً مَمْلُوكاً مُتَعَمِّداً قَالَ "يُغَرَّمُ قِيمَتَهُ وَ يُضْرَبُ ضَرْباً شَدِيداً" وَ قَالَ فِي رَجُلٍ قَتَلَ مَمْلُوكَهُ قَالَ "يُعْتِقُ رَقَبَةً وَ يَصُومُ "شَهْرَيْنِ مُتَتٰابِعَيْنِ" وَ يُطْعِمُ سِتِّينَ مِسْكِيناً ثُمَّ اَلتَّوْبَةُ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ".
Hadith.5167 - Hammad narrated from Al-Halabi from Abu Abdullah (as) regarding a man who intentionally kills another man's slave.
Imam (as) said: "He must pay the value of the slave and be severely beaten."
And regarding a man who kills his own slave, Imam (as) said:
"He must free a slave, fast for two consecutive months, and feed sixty needy people, and then repent after that."
