Man Lā Yaḥḍuruh al-Faqīh
Hadith.3909 - Muhammad bin Sahl narrated from his father, who said:
I asked Abu Al-Hasan (as) about a man whose farmer plants saffron for him and guarantees to pay him a specified amount of dirhams for each measured jarib of land. Sometimes the yield is less, causing a loss, and sometimes it is more, yielding a profit.
Imam (as) said: "There is no harm in it if they mutually agree."
