Man Lā Yaḥḍuruh al-Faqīh
Hadith 10094222 - وَ سَأَلَهُ اَلْعِيصُ بْنُ اَلْقَاسِمِ : عَنْ مُؤَاكَلَةِ اَلْيَهُودِيِّ وَ اَلنَّصْرَانِيِّ فَقَالَ "لاَ بَأْسَ إِذَا كَانَ مِنْ طَعَامِكَ" وَ سَأَلَهُ عَنْ مُؤَاكَلَةِ اَلْمَجُوسِيِّ فَقَالَ "إِذَا تَوَضَّأَ فَلاَ بَأْسَ".
Hadith.4222 - And Al-'Ays ibn Al-Qasim asked Imam (as): "Regarding eating with a Jew or a Christian?"
Imam (as) said: "There is no harm if it is from your food."
And he asked Imam (as) about eating with a Magian.
Imam (as) said: "If he performs ablution, then there is no harm."
