Man Lā Yaḥḍuruh al-Faqīh
Hadith 14993065 - وَ سَأَلَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ أَخَاهُ مُوسَى بْنَ جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِمَا اَلسَّلاَمُ : عَنِ اَلْأُضْحِيَّةِ يُخْطِئُ اَلَّذِي يَذْبَحُهَا فَيُسَمِّي غَيْرَ صَاحِبِهَا أَ تُجْزِي عَنْ صَاحِبِ اَلْأُضْحِيَّةِ قَالَ «نَعَمْ إِنَّمَا لَهُ مَا نَوَى.
Hadith.3065 - Ali ibn Ja'far asked his brother Imam Musa ibn Jafar Al-Kadhim (as) about a sacrificial animal: if the one slaughtering it mistakenly mentions a name other than its owner, does it suffice for the owner of the sacrifice?
Imam (as) replied: "Yes, it is for the one who intended it."
